We provide the special and fun environment for adults with disabilities to develop in ways that they have never been allowed to try – helping to prove, and improve, their sports skills and life skills,

To have fun while growing and developing –

to be better than they, or anyone, expects them to be.

are having our first evening sessions!

Been employed/unemployed?

Transitioning out of High School?

Discover some of the strengths you do have.

Play beyond Expectations is having our first evening sessions for young adults (18-49) to have fun learning pickleball, basketball or floor hockey skills. This also an opportunity to test your strength and work capabilities in fun ways. 

It is Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm at Esquimalt Recreation Centre starting November 9. It is just $5.75 per session.  Phone Brian for information 250-857-4017.

The daytime sessions are available: Tuesday 3:30-5 pm and Friday 1:30-3 pm.

Beyond their Expectations in the gym,

Activities include floor hockey and pickleball skills, and stretching for everyday living and laughing.  

 

VOLUNTEERS needed.  SKILL DEMONSTRATORS  - hockey, pickleball, effective stretches
